London based, half-Spanish, half-Irish singer-songwriter Matilda Gracia, mixes effortlessly blues, soul, flamenco guitar and pop, to create darkly alluring & cinematic pop tunes. Lifted from her debut EP ‘Introduction’, out now via Dreamscope Media Group, she shares this Tarantino-soundtrack-esque number, called ‘Player’.
Gracia reveals: “‘Player’ is one of my oldest songs…Like the title suggests, it’s about falling for someone who turns out to be a different person to the one you though you knew. If you’ve been ‘played’ by someone, it’s ok – you’ve got to express it. The next person that you meet, might not treat you the same.”
