Exquisite Belgian duo JUICY unveils their new alt-pop number called ‘Youth’, which is lifted from their forthcoming debut album ‘MOBILE’.

They explain: “This track’s out just before the release of our debut album ‘Mobile’. Behind the metaphor of a disposable supermarket tray, we display the hunt for old age in our century. In our Western society, obsessed with beauty and youth, an aging woman does not have the same status as a man. Whether in the art industry or elsewhere, the status of ‘mature woman’ is not represented, nor accepted. The old grey-haired witch versus the old wise man with salt-and-pepper hair, here is the line of thought that we aim to portray.” About the video: “We were packaged in a disposable supermarket plastic tray that comes in the form of two chicken breasts, which is past its expiration date but still on sale.”

Serpent with feet – four ethers

We love that song for the blend between berlioz’s sample and rnb melodies

James Blake – Tell Them

We love James Blake. How beautiful his voice is, and all the jazz harmony you can hear behind super catchy songs. We also really love Moses Sumney

Hiatus Kayiote – Lace Skull

This is for us the perfect mix between all the influences we love.

Ravel concerto in G – Herbie Hancock

We both studied classical piano. We love Ravel and this Herbie Hancock’s interpretation is just amazing.
