North West London singer, songwriter, DJ and producer Qendresa returns with Besitos / Gave Myself 2 U, an AA-side tuned to two frequencies: late-night desire and the emotional static that follows.
Besitos pairs a low-slung reggaeton groove with Qendresa’s seductive vocal, while Yussef Haridy’s moonlit visual amplifies its after-dark energy.
Qendresa describes the release as:
One soundtrack for chasing mezcal infused sunsets, and another for the heart aching drive home when the parties over.
Gave Myself 2 U occupies the darker side of that equation. Together, the tracks move from physical release to the lonely drive back, maintaining Qendresa’s signature blend of electronic R&B, club pressure and emotional restraint.
The AA-side follows her appearance on Drake’s HABIBTI. Slap The City peaked at No. 39 on the Billboard Hot 100 and has reportedly generated 31 million streams. Qendresa also contributed vocals to Gen 5, Fortworth featuring PARTYNEXTDOOR and Stuck (MAID OF HONOUR).
