The Backstreet Boys opened their ten-show Into The Millennium – Homecoming: Live in Germany residency at Düsseldorf’s Merkur Spiel Arena on 25 September, descending from the stadium roof before launching into Larger Than Life.
The entrance revisited the opening of their 1999 Into The Millennium tour.
The group says more than 450,000 tickets have been sold across the Düsseldorf dates, their only European shows of 2026. The set draws heavily from Millennium, including I Want It That Way and The One, alongside earlier hits and later tracks.
Brian Littrell says:
When we talk about this being a homecoming, it’s because Germany is where everything clicked for us. It’s where our dream stopped being hypothetical and became something real. Coming back for these shows feels full circle.
The residency runs through 7 October, with remaining tickets available through Live Nation.
