AllTrack has appointed SACEM as its partner for multi-territory digital licensing across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and selected Asian markets.
The agreement covers performance and mechanical royalties generated through streaming and downloads, including usage across major digital services such as Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music and YouTube.
SACEM will manage licensing for the covered territories and platforms while providing metadata processing and enrichment designed to improve ownership matching, reduce conflicts and accelerate royalty collections.
AllTrack will continue operating its existing direct licences and relationships with local collection societies outside the scope of the agreement.
Partnering with SACEM will provide the best outcome for collections of our digital repertoire in these territories. – AllTrack Founder and CEO Hayden Bower
For AllTrack’s independent songwriter and publisher members, the partnership is expected to deliver faster international payments, clearer reporting and stronger collection rates across multiple rights categories.
The first royalties collected under the agreement are scheduled to reach members from August 2026, with statements itemised by territory, platform and usage type.
For FM PRO TECH, the bigger story is the consolidation of digital rights infrastructure. Independent creators increasingly need performance and mechanical royalties managed across platforms, territories and fragmented datasets without navigating multiple disconnected systems.
The AllTrack–SACEM agreement shows how rights organisations are responding: combining centralised licensing, stronger metadata and faster cross-border distributions into a more integrated royalty pipeline.
