Amsterdam Dance Event’s 30th anniversary edition brings together artists, streaming providers, and technology companies for a conference programme exploring electronic music’s tools, business, and club culture.

Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) has completed its programme for October 21–25, 2026, with organisers announcing more than 3,600 artists across 1,300+ events at over 300 venues. Alongside the festival, the ADE Pro conference puts music-making technology, industry knowledge and nightlife’s cultural value on the agenda.
Armin van Buuren joins Jean-Michel Jarre, Lady Starlight and JakoJako for Music & Machines: A Conversation Between Artists from Different Generations. Jarre also attends as Guest of Honour, with an ADE Pro keynote interview and an AFAS Live appearance celebrating 50 years of Oxygene.
The conference’s Insider Knowledge series includes sessions from Spotify, SoundCloud and YouTube Music, alongside NVIDIA, Believe, Warner Music, Sony Music, Universal and Armada. Additional artist perspectives come from Afrojack, Mau P, Max Cooper, HoneyLuv and Reinier Zonneveld, among others.
Beyond production and platforms, ADE and VibeLab will present the Nighttime Culture Index, mapping the cultural vitality of nightlife across global cities. The session Why Humans Still Need Dancefloors? brings together Eris Drew, Alice O’Grady and Club RAUM’s Sven Bijma, giving the social role of club spaces its own place in the discussion.
The anniversary extends into ADE’s Arts & Culture programme, including Boris Acket’s EINDER installation, performances by the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, and Swan Lake Remixed for ADE, featuring Dutch National Ballet and ISH Dance Collective at the Gashouder.
The complete programme and ticket details are available at amsterdam-dance-event.nl. Across ADE Pro, the discussion ranges from the machines artists use to the platforms and physical spaces through which their music reaches audiences.
