The countdown is on: Sound Waves returns to Esmoriz, Portugal, on July 5 for what’s shaping up to be its most iconic edition yet. For its 20th anniversary, the underground behemoth isn’t just bringing the noise; it’s expanding the map.
The Mainstage lineup? Fully locked and absolutely lethal. Techno titans like OGUZ, BLK., SNTS, and JAZZY set the tone in the first wave. The second brought the fire with FATIMA HAJJI, FANTASM, BASSWELL, REBEKAH, NOVAH, and CLOUDY. And now, with the final drop: LORENZO RAGANZINI, LUCIID, ORNELLA, JOANNA COELHO, MISS SHEILA, and AEREA join the frontline for a night (and morning) of unapologetic energy.
But they’re not stopping there. This year, Sound Waves debuts a brand-new Vicious Stage, spotlighting the next-gen powerhouses of the Portuguese and Spanish underground. Expect high-intensity sets, future-shaping sounds, and no weak links.
