Dutch artist/producer ZEP drops FIGURE IT OUT via PULSE Records, extending a high-momentum single run following NOBODY (6.5M+ streams) and DON’T BREAK, which gained traction within online dance communities.
Built around live bass and distortion-led production, the track shifts toward an alt-rock-leaning vocal framework; introducing tension, atmosphere, and a more introspective edge within ZEP’s genre-blurring output. ZEP says:
We used to have it all figured out, now it’s just noise, distance, and trying to make sense of something that doesn’t feel right anymore…It’s that feeling of speeding through life with someone you’re tied to, knowing you’re drifting off-course but not knowing how to stop. This song is about being stuck in something that’s supposed to feel like love or family, but doesn’t anymore. It’s that pressure to stay, to figure it out, even when it’s slowly breaking you.

With visual direction co-led by ZEP, the release expands into a full audiovisual asset, reinforcing a cross-genre identity spanning alt, electronic, and club-adjacent spaces.
