SUPERMODEL Yasmin Le Bon jetted into Belfast last week to officially open the new House of Fraser store at Victoria Square, Belfast’s new £400 million shopping centre.

The British beauty looked stunning as she walked the specially fitted catwalk to celebrate the opening of the 200,000 sq ft fashion department store.

Yasmin admitted it had been 21 years since she was last in Belfast, but said she noticed a “huge difference” in the city.
Le Bon has been named the face of House of Fraser, marking the first time the department store chain has used a celebrity in its advertising.
She will appear in the retailer’s spring/summer advertising campaign.

Shooting to fame in the early 80s, Yasmin broke the mould for models with her brunette hair and olive skin. She said: “I was seeking to get people to broaden their horizons…their minds too. “Beauty comes from all types, all shapes, sizes and colours”.
House of Fraser at Victoria Square is now open.
