Cardiff six-piece Waterpistol have released their debut EP, Hey Harry, bringing rock ’n’ roll swagger into the hazy textures of shoegaze and psychedelic garage rock.
The independent release follows singles Felin and She Flies. The band have also received support from BBC Horizons and the Arts Council of Wales’ 2026 Launchpad Fund.
Waterpistol’s route to the EP has included festival appearances at FOCUS Wales, Green Man and Sŵn, alongside recording sessions at Rockfield Studios in Monmouth for earlier tracks Où est ton âme? and Shotgun.
With Hey Harry now available digitally, on CD and on vinyl, the six-piece have their first full release to take beyond the live circuit.
