When Memphis-born and raised rapper Ty Brasel hit rock bottom, he held onto his desire to live and thrive. A gifted lyricist passionate about helping others – his journey was often diverted due to his self-destructive lifestyle.

Today, however, Ty Brasel is moving at an exponential rate. His new album ‘Destiny: Vol. 1’ is a token of his unapologetic talent. This 13-track long record really testifies to Brasel’s growth and maturity. Honoring the quality of his previous releases like 2018’s ‘Destined For Greatness’ and 2020’s ‘Divine Storm,’ it is on ‘Destiny: Vol. 1’ where Brasel sounds like he’s most at home.

Throughout the project, Ty Brasel uses powerful rapid-fire lyrics to illustrate his hunger for redemption, such as the track ‘Right My Wrongs’. He nails the sound of street-smart hip-hop and combines it with soaring pop hooks with empowering themes for those going through tough phases in life.

‘Destiny: Vol. 1’ represents Ty Brasel’s new beginning, and it could also raise a new perspective on life and dealing with demons. A therapeutic offering, with the means to encourage others to keep moving through the darkness.
