Hi The Calm Fiasco how are you today?

Hi nice to hear from you FM. I’m Greg and I play lead guitar for the Glasgow band The Calm Fiasco.

Can you tell us about your latest track ‘Just Don’t Care Anymore’?

“Just don’t care anymore” is a funky up beat track that gets your hips moving haha.

What’s your new EP ‘The Fear’ all about?

Our new EP “The Fear” is about waking up after a long night of partying, and feeling rough as toast. As most of our tunes were written the days after we were out on the drink, we all had a case of The Fear and we have tried to channel those vibes in to some of our songs.Did you always strive to become musicians?

Music is probably the biggest part of our lives, it’s all we talk about to be honest. Loving music so much, it only felt natural for us to try it ourselves. I started to learn guitar in high school and after that went college to learn sound production, the rest is history.

If you could collaborate with any musicians/artists dead or alive who would they be and why?

Personally for me it would have to be Micheal Jackson haha. Just because he has the full package voice, songs and his dance moves.

If you could tour with any band in the world who would that be and why?

To tour with any band, I think we would all agree on the Arctic Monkeys. As we love everyone of their tunes. Plus their tour videos online make them out to be a real laugh.

Describe your sound in five words.

Super Funky Spicy Fruity Sweat

If you guys were the Ghostbusters, who would be who and why?

I’ve only seen the ghostbusters twice I think and the only people that come close to us are Slimer and the Marshmallow man haha…I ain’t afraid of no ghost.

What can we expect from The Calm Fiasco in the upcoming months?

We are releasing our new EP “The Fear” on March 24th and there will be a UK tour in March too!
