The Brothers Union unveil their latest EP, And Always Will Be…, serving as the perfect follow-up to their previous release, Always Has Been. With poignant lyrics and an innovative alternative sound, the band continues to captivate listeners.

Originating from New Jersey, The Brothers Union formed in 2015 with co-writers Mike and Sean O’Reilly on vocals, joined by childhood friends Alec on drums and Jon Wagstaff on lead guitar. With years of performances across New York and Philadelphia, they’ve established themselves in the local scene, boasting three EPs and two albums.

Their new EP, And Always Will Be…, showcases their blend of contemporary and nostalgic sounds, drawing from influences like blink-182 and Turnover. The EP’s five tracks delve into profound themes while capturing the catchy appeal of pop punk’s golden era, infusing the release with a fresh sonic vibe.

Lost Without You sets the tone, blending muted drums and evocative vocals to evoke longing and nostalgia. On Travelers, the band explores a more expansive sonic landscape, incorporating psychedelic elements and shimmering guitar melodies to create an ethereal atmosphere.

First to Last offers a poignant ballad, characterized by a simple acoustic riff and delicate vocals that invite listeners into a narrative of existential contemplation and otherworldly encounters.

Meanwhile, Cards on the Table emerges as a standout track, showcasing raw emotional vulnerability amidst alt-rock perfection, while To the Stars closes the EP with an anthemic celebration of love’s enduring power, featuring a poignant sample from a viral TikTok video.

With And Always Will Be…, The Brothers Union solidify their role as musical storytellers, guiding listeners through life’s twists and turns. Their evolution promises a fresh mark on the pop rock scene.
