The Airplane Boys presents their new track called Nightcap, as a “Toast to the nights that go later than you planned”.

APB, aka The Airplane Boys, is composed of two Canadian rap artists, Mannie Serranilla and Jason Drakes. They have been on the road, gracing stages around the world for over 10 years now.

They opened for a few absolute heavyweights within the music industry like Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar, Snoop Dogg, J. Cole and Big Sean.

APB has just dropped its new hip-hop/pop single, Nightcap, in anticipation of their next EP, LHATE LOVE, coming out this summer.

Nightcap unites hip-hop and pop to create serious dancefloor energy. From the start, this song is an absolute jam, full of verve and charm – 808 and drum beats, plus luxuriant bass line and synths.

And rap-based links combine with flashy rhythms to create an infectious sense of wild freedom and serious creative flow.

After throwing a few wild parties at their buddy’s restaurant, the APB guys knew they wanted to recreate that same energy in their music. They wanted to capture and share that atmosphere with all of us.

As soon as their producer played the beat, they knew they had something great on their hands. Nightcap is a bop that captures the joy of celebration and takes it to an entirely new level.

The Airplane Boys have performed at festivals like Coachella, Osheaga, SXSW, and Paradise International Music Festival, and have secured licensing deals with lifestyle brands (Adidas), and TV shows and networks (ESPN, Nikita, CSI).

No doubt, they’re worth keeping an eye on.
