Supermodel Gisele to Star in U2 Video

IRISH rockers U2’s next video is to feature supermodel Gisele Bundchen.
Bono met the Victoria’s Secret model when she appeared in ad campaigns for the frontman’s Red charity.
Bono set the charity up in 2004 to help combat the problems facing people in the Africa.
He persuaded giants such as Armani, Gap, Converse and American Express to take part in the campaign, donating one percent of the money spent on Red products to the global fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.
Bono said: “It is sexy to change the world”.
Gisele will team up with the rocker again for their next single.
Film sets are becoming familiar territory for the Brazilian model after her appearance in the 2004 movie Taxi and she has just singed up to star in the prequel to Dan Brown’s Da Vinci Code, Angels and Demons.
She has recently been criticised by the Catholic Church, after expressing her opinions on their views of contraception, saying that nobody is a virgin nowadays and methods of contraception are necessary to prevent the spread of sexually transmitted disease.
