Born in Iran, before relocating to Oslo – Songwriter and producer Paria has been making Scandinavian pop music with a distinct influence from further afield genres. Her new single Despite All Crazy showcases exactly how diverse her sound can be.
Moving to Oslo, Paria was looking for a new creative community to perfect her craft. Working between self-productions and collaborations, she soon settled on a brand of contemporary pop that was unique. As an artist, she never shies away from all elements of her creative output. Her music is complemented by outstanding and provocative visuals which are all designed and realised by Paria. It’s a creative side of her that’s expanding to her own line of vintage & sustainable clothing.
The new single Despite All Crazy , has already been supported by New Music Friday, Popjustice and Earmilk. It’s a powerful track that builds from a mellow intro to a powerful, operatic chorus line.
