Manic Street Preachers have just released their new single ‘Some Kind of Nothingness’ via Columbia Records.
Featuring the unmistakable voice of Ian McCulloch, it’s the second single from their tenth studio album ‘Postcards From A Young Man’.
In addition and to round off a remarkable year, a very special live digital EP is available now. The EP features tracks from the band’s recent UK tour and includes classics from their huge catalogue such as ‘Yes’ and ‘Sleepflower’ alongside versions of the new single.
‘Postcards From A Young Man’ was released in September to enormous acclaim and debuted at No. 3 in the UK charts.
Since its release the band has toured extensively throughout the UK; they played shows in Australia earlier this month and are now in touring in Japan.
Due to circumstances beyond the band’s control their two sold out nights scheduled for London’s Brixton Academy October 28th and 28th had to be postponed.
Happily these shows are now confirmed for January 21st and 22nd. All tickets for the original shows are valid.
