MIND ENTERPRISES Returns With Summer Banger GIRLS & BOYS

“Flying in from Gran Canaria and London, Sicily is a place where we delight in spending time with the Conigliaro family, relaxing, sipping ice-cold Campari and eating our way through the days. Thinking back to that last glittering summer, I hear the sound of Girls & Boys carrying us through these blissful times.”

With synth-powered Italo, disco, and electronic dance music all rolled up into one, Mind Enterprises’ latest single will transport you back to the summer. Evoking images of the sun above Sicily, Girls & Boys is the latest track from the Turin-based producer.

Hypnotic in its repetition, Girls & Boys adds a modern lift to the classic Italo genre, sneaking in violin strings and voice effects on top of an already infinitely danceable synthesized foundation. Inspired by the summers back home in Italy, Mind Enterprises also heads deep into the music’s aesthetics, poking fun at both the 80s and its consumerist culture in a retro-styled video.

With many of us longing for some sunshine at the moment, Andrea Tirone spoke further on the inspirations of the track, stating how “Flying in from Gran Canaria and London, Sicily is a place where we delight in spending time with the Conigliaro family, relaxing, sipping ice-cold Campari and eating our way through the days. Thinking back to that last glittering summer, I hear the sound of Girls & Boys carrying us through these blissful times.”

With his recent feature on Purple Disco Machine’s track Exotica at the end of last year, Mind Enterprises has since launched his own label, Bandama, to carry the banner of his Italo spiced electronica. With releases from other artists planned soon, Girls & Boys is just the start from the producer.
