Loveday is an up-and-coming musician making waves in the pop music industry and is inspired by artists such as Ellie Dixon and Lorde. Her songs aren’t just regular pop – they combine elements of indie and dream pop to create an innovative and modern sound.

The Coventry’s talented artist, producer and multi-instrumentalist has just released her new indie pop single Peppermint.

She says “Peppermint is about starting a new romance and not conforming to the rules and regulations of a “normal” relationship. It’s about being part of a romance that is refreshing and works for the people involved, without caring what less open minded people have to say about it. The song also expresses my confusion towards love; feeling that somebody is right for you but not being totally sure what that means. This song has great personal meaning to me because this is my life at the moment, I’m still living it.”

Peppermint is filled with intriguing harmonies and lyrics and amazing vocal performance. The manner in which it builds and changes from beginning to end keeps you addicted and wanting more.

Peppermint is another show of talent which has its own depth. A really delicious track – it’s progressive pop at its best!
