Orlando trio Kill The Joy position Six Seasons and A Movie as the entry point to their upcoming self-titled second album.
Shaped around insecurity and self-doubt, the track was written in three days and quickly finalised. Produced in-house, it signals a move toward full creative control. The band say:
We hope listeners feel seen, heard, and inspired. Our mission as a band is to show all the kids who feel like we felt that they can do anything—that they don’t have to let their shortcomings get in the way of their desires.
Formed in 2022, the band has moved from cover roots into a defined pop-punk identity.
With the album due May 17, 2026 – three years after their first demo – the release signals a more focused next phase.
