British singer-songwriter Kianja has released her brand new single, the ever-soulful hit There’s Nothing More. This is the 3rd release of the year for the 20 year old who is ready to drop her debut EP Glory in the coming months.
Kianja had an incredibly impressive start to her career, having already received support from BBC 1Xrta and Radio 1 as well as featuring on singles with Bastille’s Dan Smith and Craig David.
There’s Nothing More has been a working masterpiece for Kianja for many years now, having originally started the track at just the mere age of 14. Now, having been re-developed and co-written by Dan Smith (Bastille), the track listens as a beautiful soul-pop song, better than any we’ve heard for a while.
“It’s about longing for love that you can’t fix,” she explains, “It’s gone, but you constantly wish you could repair it”.
