Bristolian indie favourite Keir returns and shines… It’s pretty easy considering his truly humble perspective on his intoxicating live performance and astoundingly emotive vocal ability. His new single, Paranoid, is a powerful injection that’s more anthemic than his previous work. It’s choral-led, which means Keir’s vocals have had to step up to the forefront of the big mass of vocals behind him.
The single looks at the obsessive feeling of paranoia as you enter something good. The doubt in the back of your mind that this, like other times, might not work out as you want it to.
Keir reveals…“I think we are searching for something real, and often that search can feel quite reckless. There are moments when you feel you can maybe give yourself deeply to someone else. And those moments are scary. It’s like a big, beautiful abyss you want to dive into.”
