After debuting back in June, Jupiter Grey’s Is It Ever The Same has gone on to achieve much acclaim, as well as build anticipation for Jupiter’s forthcoming album, Fires On The Moon, which is set to be released later this year. In celebration of the track’s success, the UK alt R&B artist has returned with an accompanying music video. The track was already mightily addictive, and the visuals have only elevated it to the next level, which is what all the best music videos do.

The captivating video draws on Jupiter’s love of anime and was directed by Jay Notley. Elaborating further, Jupiter says: “For the video, I wanted to show that once a betrayal happens in a relationship, it could feel like the world as you know it has fallen to pieces. The video was very inspired by Blade Runner – it’s one of my favourite movies. I love how it depicts falling in love with someone who isn’t who they portray themselves to be, and I think we can all relate to that.”

Is It Ever The Same is out now to buy/stream on all platforms.
