HOO HAs (Jamie Handover and Mark Thorne) create music that ranges from bluesy cuts to punk riffs. Continuing to impress with their off-kilter style and their effortless ability to create those sweaty, beer soaked floor fillers, the pair drop a set of visuals for their new single Tell Me How It Is – taking you straight to your favourite venue.
The track is a testament to the difficulty of coming to terms with the end of a relationship. Featuring Simon Nilson (Francobollo) on drums and Jack Driver (Damsen) on bass, Tell Me How It Is layers alt-rock instrumentation with Jamie’s brutally honest lyricism to create a hypnotic mix.
“You know that feeling when you look back on a relationship and you know things could have been said earlier. When you realise it is over, you both know it – it’s about being honest quicker, saving the drama and pain. Everyone has experienced regret, when being honest is hard but it just needs to get done!” the pair explain.
Tell Me How It Is is out now.
