Frannie B drops fetching pop debut EP ‘Wonderland’

"I wanted my debut EP to be a collection of a few personal snapshot moments from the last year."

After her successful 2018 tour, Frannie B is more accomplished than ever. She knows what she wants, and isn’t afraid to get it, having collaborated with alt-rock sensation Supergrass and performed alongside Charlie Dore & Jessie J.

She has now released a rather compelling pop debut EP called Wonderland.

Frannie B explains: “I wanted my debut EP to be a collection of a few personal snapshot moments from the last year. The title track (and lead singer for this release) “Wonderland” is all about overthinking and falling into my head which, for me, is the overarching theme for the whole EP. I wanted each song to have its own ‘vibe’ and personality to avoid it feeling same-y and to reflect how each song is its own individual moment of overthinking”

The EP is a selection of sweetly radiant pop bijoux, hued with the right dose of vulnerability that is reminiscent of dark-pop princess Dua Lipa and even touches of soulful modern RnB.

For Frannie B, music’s always been a special place where she can finally release her creativity and share her heart, a safe space where she can sing anything worry-free.

What I find most captivating about Frannie B’s radiant pop sound is how it commands immediate attention. It’s not just catchy, it feels contagious.
