Fo Daniels‘ new single Angel In The Streetlights has an unusual sound that mixes the rawness of rock music with singer/songwriter detail and intense lyricism to deliver a powerful message.

Angel in the Streetlights – explains Fo Daniels – captures the fleeting moment where two would-be lovers meet and recognize their instant chemistry, but then have to part. The smooth verses are sweet and soothing, and the choruses are more harsh and painful, giving way to the outro, which is meant to resemble a racing heart.”

His first studio album, Imitation Roses, was recorded live in one day. With no tuning or timing correction, it offers sounds that are very natural and not artificially pitch-corrected. This album has a sense of unapologetic authenticity and rugged energy that penetrates through the whole thing.

Following the release of Imitation Roses, recorded at Grammy-nominated studio Big Bad Sound in Los Angeles, Fo Daniels has been touring extensively across North America.
