Citing Frank Ocean, Jack Garratt and Sinatra, as the main influence, London-based singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Joe Flowers, follows up his impressive debut track ‘Oh, Lover’, with yet another Bedlam-produced, smoothly appealing, refreshing R&B pearl. This is ‘Misused’.
Flowers says: “I think the song touches on different types of mental and emotional unrest, and how we sometimes misinterpret our own feelings. It’s a reflection on how tempestuous things can be inside our own heads.”
