Swiss-born, Berlin-based, Ay Wing, has it covered when it comes to ensuring her delectable, fluorescent, Neosoul will get a crowd moving. Her newest track, Orange Dreamer features an impressive flow by American hip-hop artist Chuuwee, as well as larger than life production by German-born, Shuko, and has since made it onto some of the most popular music platforms, including Spotify playlists such as Mellow Bars, Fresh Finds and the official Adidas playlist “music for creating”.
The track is paired with a stunning fashion-led dreamy visual, armed with smoke machines and a fluid dance sequence. Shot in a gorgeous woodland surrounding, the video is the perfect match to the tracks beat-driven pop sensibilities. Sporting outfits from Berlin designers ALLES and Corvera Vargas, as well as LA brand We Are Leone.
Speaking to the motivation behind Orange Dreamer, Ay Wing shares: “I wrote the song when I was recovering from my last tour. The song is about getting back to and finding myself. My friend once told me that he always sees the color orange when I’m with him, so it seems to be my color… [Yotam] joined us for the second filming day. We shot the entire video outside and we were really lucky to find ourselves with the natural fog in the twilight scene. It was a truly mystical moment and it fit perfectly to the song,”
