First time in Belfast for country star Toby Keith

Toby KeithAmerican country music singer-songwriter Toby Keith is coming to Belfast as part of his first ever European tour.

Since the turn of the decade, he has grossed hundreds of millions in ticket sales and his songs have spent more than a year at No. 1 on the Billboard charts.

Keith’s self-titled debut album was released in 1993. The album included his debut single Should’ve Been a Cowboy which topped the country charts and became the most played country song of the 1990’s.

Since then Keith has released a dozen studio albums, two Christmas albums and multiple compilation albums. He has also charted more than forty singles on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts, including eighteen No.1 hits and seventeen additional Top Ten hits. His longest lasting No.1 hits are Beer for My Horses (a 2003 duet with Willie Nelson) and As Good as I Once Was.
