Rising composer and songwriter Felix Räuber has an impeccable ability to create haunting, dramatic soundscapes in his music. It’s this ability, that’s lead him to rack up over 3 million streams on Spotify since April, and sync placements on Emmy-nominated ABC and Netflix-series ‘How To Get Away With Murder’. The new single continues in Felix’s pattern of facing socio-political issues. COLORS deals with dependency of toxic relationships in relation to domestic violence, in the context of Covid-19.

Since his early years, Felix Räuber has been obsessed with all forms of music and letting all of his feelings flow. By the age of 13 he started his first band in his parents´ basement – the indie pop stars Polarkeis 18, who later released their No. 1 hit ‘Allein Allein’ in 2008. The song garnered multiple Gold & Platinum awards in Germany and became one of the most successful German-language songs of all time. After the breakup of the band, Felix developed his self-titled solo project in 2018, heavily influenced by film, electronic music and pop.

The new song and visual is a perfect example of how Felix has progressed as an artist. Full of emotion, dramatic elements and nuance – It’s an affecting new single around an important issue.

COLORS is Out Now Via Every Motion Records.
