Earlier this week, Usher’s 11-year-old stepson Kyle Glover was declared brain dead after a jet ski accident over the weekend.

The boy remains in the hospital and while the family leans on prayers and optimism during these hard times, the gossip world wonders how Sean Kingston, a real-life survivor of a deadly jet ski accident, would say to Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster.

Hollyscoop talked to Sean Kingston at the Summer Concert Series at The Grove in Los Angeles last night where the singer gave a very honest shout-out to Usher, Tameka and young Kyle.
“I’m trying to reach out to him right now as we speak, it’s a sad situation,” Sean tells us, “I want to extend my condolences to Tameka and her family.”

Speaking from experience, Sean says Usher’s family needs positive thoughts and prayers in this time.

“I know how that is, it’s a crazy situation. People need to pray right now, all he needs is a good prayer. I hope everything works out, it’s crazy. It’s a tough situation,” says Sean.

Sean remembers his own life-threatening jet ski accident from last year.

“It was a life or death situation, I was just praying to the man above to pull me through it and he did. I mean, I was dead, and they brought me back and I have a huge scar right here for the rest of my life.”
