The London-based singer-songwriter co-produces her second EP that explores themes of loneliness and insecurities all wrapped in lush guitar riffs, powerful vocal hooks and upbeat drums production.

‘Someone Else To Talk To’ is a very listenable collection of vibrant and colourful alt-pop tracks that explore themes of relationships, insecurities and self-empowerment, co-produced by Clayton.

The EP kicks off with ‘Shy’ an electro-pop-influenced track written: “about having a huge crush on one of [her] closest friends.”

‘Fragile’ is a self-reflective slow-burning guitar-driven pop anthem which came about when Mino wanted to write a song for herself: “as sort of a note to myself… It was at a time in my life where I was really struggling, I just felt so in the dark and alone, but painted on this happy persona because I was scared that if I showed the ‘real me.”

‘Sorry Ur Bored’ is an outright pop banger about asserting your worth in moving on from a failed relationship.

The eponymous closing track ‘Someone Else To Talk To’ showcases Mino’s sombre moments off her EP, with her heartfelt lyrics about her hoping her ex finds connection in a new lover, despite them not being “quite in sync.”
