With her debut single Frenimies arriving only month and causing quite a stir from the outset, London-based singer, songwriter and producer ELOI now looks to continue the hype around her with the release of her next cut Vertigo.
With its anthemic synth-pop sound, the artist has managed to blend an array of different styles into this versatile new release, including electronica, pop and RnB, giving it a bold and dynamic feel that sets her apart from almost everything else coming out of the capital right now.
Speaking about her new offering, she added, “Vertigo is a metaphor exploring living in London and romantic relationships. I wrote the song when I was feeling really lost and disconnected from my life here. London is a great place to live your dream, but we’re surrounded by options, and still lonely. The tall towers symbolise what we could be or have if we let go. The alleyways are symbolic of what we are on a primitive level and what people settle for.”
