Spanish beauty Elen Rivas’ poses for new sexy PETA campaign called “Spanish Melons: One Reason to Go Vegetarian”. The campaign, shot by top celebrity photographer Pal Hansen, features the former WAG lounging on a fruit and veg stand and covered only by a vine of grapes and a pair of luscious melons.
The campaign goes on to point to more great reasons to switch to meat-free meals: “Vegetarians are, on average, slimmer than meat-eaters and have lower rates of heart disease and cancer”.
“Going vegetarian was one of the best decisions my girls and I have made. It’s had a positive impact on us on so many different levels”, Elen says. “It’s healthier, we feel much more alive and we have so much fun cooking delicious meat-free meals!” Going vegetarian isn’t just good for your health. Each person who goes vegetarian drastically reduces his or her carbon footprint and spares many animals every year immense suffering on factory farms, in abattoirs and on the decks of fishing boats.
