Dragons Den’s Duncan Bannatyne and Peter Jones will be squaring up and donning their dancing shoes for the nation’s favourite dance extravaganza, in a Strictly Come Dancing Sport Relief special.
In this Sport Relief special the tables are turned on these business brains who are more used to making or breaking budding entrepreneurs’ dreams than being judged themselves.
Ditching their stuffy suits for sparkly sequins how will Duncan Bannatyne and Peter Jones, paired up with professional dancers Natalie Lowe and Lilia Kopylova, fare in front of judges; Bruno Tonioli, Craig Revel Horwood and Len Goodman? The show will be hosted by Tess Daly.
To find out which of the Dragons was crowned king of the dance floor, tune into Sport Relief’s fantastic night of TV on Friday 19th March on BBC One. Other highlights on the night include a new Smithy’s sketch from James Corden, an Ashes to Ashes special featuring sporting and entertainment legends from the 80s, and special editions of MasterChef and A Question of Sport Relief.
You don’t have to master the dance floor to take part in Sport Relief. The ultimate challenge for the public is doing the Sainsbury’s Sport Relief Mile on Sunday 21st March. Participants can set their own challenge by choosing to run 1, 3 or 6 Miles, and can sign up for their nearest Mile at sportrelief.com.
The money raised will be spent by Comic Relief to help vulnerable people living incredibly tough lives here in the UK and in some of the world’s poorest countries.
