Dan Keicher is an alternative rock artist, with over a decade of experience in the music industry. His Alt Rock/Reggae album Where Have You Been is the perfect introduction to Keicher‘s sonic project. It has a song for every mood so it’s not restricted by any thematic focus. As Keicher says, “written for the love of playing music.”
One of the most impressive things about this album is how they combined reggae beats with the sounds of alternative rock. The majority of the album is well-produced, but two songs in particular truly stand out. The first one’s the title track Where Have You Been, and the second’s Run.
Throughout the project, Daniel Keicher creates an engaging sound that incorporates chugging guitar riffs, hard-hitting drums, and punchy vocals.
The Arctic Monkeys-esque drive in the album is also identifiable, with lyrics that are intimate and frank as well as a song title likely paying tribute to ‘I Bet You Look Good On The Dancefloor’.
