Ards Half Marathon is taking place on Friday 2nd July in the town and Northern Ireland Hospice is delighted to have been named as this years Official Race Charity for the event.
Hospice ambassador Gareth Stewart is taking part in the Fun Walk to help raise funds for the local charity and urges you to support him, ‘Hospice provides a vital service to the local community and each and every person diagnosed with a life limiting illness deserves to have hospice care available for them ten fold.

Caroline Greer, Community Fundraiser for Northern Ireland Hospice says, “It costs £5m each year to provide hospice services to adults, children and young people with a life limiting illness and our services are available 24 hours a day every day of the year.
