Portraying her sound as ‘Scandinavian Soothing Metal’, Melbourne singer-songwriter Cloves, unleashes new track ‘Better Now’. A pretty surprising and momentous tune, about “feeling misunderstood and claustrophobic in a relationship.”

Written over the course of a single day in London, together with her long-term writing collaborator Justin Parker, Cloves explains: “I swear that I’m better now is written almost sarcastically, to move the conversation on…I had given up trying to talk about how I was feeling and instead started distancing myself. The lyrics touch on the internal conflict I was having about weighing up if a long term relationship was still working, the back and forth between obligation to someone and the desire to be alone.”

She’ll be joining Michael Kiwanuka on his North American from November 29th Boston before traveling to New York (Nov 30th), Toronto (Dec 2nd), Chicago (Dec 3rd), Minneapolis (Dec 4th), Vancouver (Dec 7th), Seattle (Dec 8th), Portland (Dec 9th), San Francisco (Dec 11), Los Angles (Dec12) & finishes in Dallas (Dec 14).
