Irish crooner Ronan Keating has been working out and dieting for the promo and launch of next album Winter Songs in November. Ronan said: “I’m training four to five times a week. It’s hard to manage with a busy work schedule and family life.
“But hardest is sticking to a diet, especially when on the move with work. “I’m meant to stick to low carbs, low dairy and low sugar, and not meant to have alcohol – but I have to have a glass of red wine now and again.”
The singer now has just 5.5 per cent body fat!
