Band of the Week: Unmap – Sounds like: Blonde Redhead, Fiona Apple, MS MR.
Unmap seem to have popped out of nowhere and not a lot is known about this unusual four-piece. What we do know is that they’re on ultra cool Berlin based label Sinnbu and their debut track ‘When To Lead And When To Follow’ is utterly brilliant.
Why should you listen: Unusual, deep, bewitching vocals that blend an array of genres from RnB to electronica and chamber pop.
