Norwegian rapper Ash Olsen shares and stands out with her second album Golden Child.

Dropping straight off her collab with South London rapper Che Lingo, she’s is releasing the album through Arista Records – the same label that housed legendary artists such as Whitney Houston, Outkast, Prince, and Notorious B.I.G.

Olsen‘s music is all about being real and raw. She shares her deepest feelings without fear, taking you on an amazing musical journey that will captivate you from beginning to end.

With a mix of seductive sass and unapologetic edge, the album really shows off Olsen‘s skills. She moves smoothly between edgy rap verses and catchy melodies without breaking a sweat.

With eleven solid songs, Golden Child takes you on a journey across the experiences of a young woman with same-sex relationships. Get ready to experience a rollercoaster of emotions – from exciting highs to tough lows.

Ash Olsen on the new project and how it all began: “One of my first readings with my «spiritual guide» as I like to call her, told me that I was a golden child and she said that Golden Children are born with a very clear mission, and most of us have never been here before so they might struggle with physical life here. And that meant that I was one of few that had come to earth for a bigger purpose and that is also why I had probably felt very alone and lonely growing up. And that shit sat with me and she also said as a joke that I should call my album that, and then the more I thought about naming the album that’s what I came back to everytime…so thanks to her I have a fire album name <3”

She recently had an incredible debut at The Great Escape Festival, which is a major platform for emerging talent in the UK. Ash Olsen is already making a name for herself as a rising star to watch out for in 2023, especially in her home country of Norway.

After her EP ASHY received tons of positive feedback for tracks like KITKAT and WILDIN, Ash Olsen is stepping up her game with her second album.
