A special collaboration between the Ulster Orchestra and Duke Special is to take place in Belfast this coming May. Duke (real name Peter Wilson) is one of the most interesting and entertaining singer/songwriters to come from Northern Ireland in recent years.

After numerous highly successful NI concerts, hugely popular CD releases, a season at the National Theatre in London and various tours around the world, Duke Special and his band will now join forces with the Ulster Orchestra (conducted by David Brophy) for a unique night of memorable songs, crossing all kinds of musical worlds. This is a night that promises to be something very special indeed.

Saturday 12 May 2012 at Belfast Waterfront Hall, Tickets £23-£28
