On Saturday May 28, the Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel officially opened, hosting an exclusive party attended by VIP guests from across Europe.The elite mix of party goers included Ibiza fashionistas, TV and sporting personalities as well as international business leaders and media all wanting to experience first hand the most talked about launch party on the island for the last 20 years.
Guests included British singer James Blunt, American actor Jesse Metcalfe, NBA player Rudy Fernandez, owner and founder of Deliciously Sorted Serena Cook, PSV soccer player Otman Kakkal , and owner of Air Europa Javier Hidalgo, among others.
The success of the launch event on Saturday confirmed that Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel has beaten its critics to offer a new hotel and beach club concept that will change the island and set the standard for forthcoming events throughout the summer season.
Almost every day from three until midnight, guests will be able to enjoy a mix of lively outdoor music events:
• Wednesdays: Pool parties. Impressive performances and the best house music with Swedish House Mafia, Size Matters (Steve Angello), Axtone (Axwell) and Refune (Sebastien Ingrosso)
• Thursdays: The top Underground DJs perform on the main stage, poolside & by the beach! Vagabundos (Luciano, Reboot, Robert Diez, Ernesto Ferreira, Michel Cleis, Dani Casarano): 23 June / 7 and 21 July / 11 and 25 August / 8 and 22 September / 3 October
• Saturdays: Will host a billboard superstar DJ such as Defected In the House (Bob Sinclair, Frankie Knuckles, David Morales).
• Sundays: Deep House Americano with Dennis Ferrer and The Martinez Brothers and guests from 26 June to 25 September.
