The Pains of Being Pure at Heart are a New York four-piece who play genius noisy pop songs with boy/girl vocals, blissful melodies, fuzz guitar and blistering drums.

Despite only having been together for a couple of years The Pains of Being Pure at Heart are one of the buzz American bands of the moment.
They wowed the crowds at ATP, SXSW, Primavera, Roskilde and The Isle Of Wight festivals and stormed the UK with some incredible tours, including sold out shows at London’s The Garage, Scala and Heaven.

Thrilling and insouciantly cool, The Pains Of Being Pure At Heart might just be the most exciting indiepop band on the planet right now. The band will be previewing material from their just recorded second album.
