Belfast heavy rock purveyors LaFaro have been personally invited as special guests to support Therapy? on November 05th at Vicar Street in Dublin.
This announcement is the ‘cherry on top’ for LaFaro after supporting their childhood heroes Therapy? in Belfast and Cork to sellout crowds. Next on the LaFaro calendar is a whirlwind Irish tour with manic, art-math-punk-metalers Pulled Apart by Horses.
Barely pausing for breath, our intrepid quartet hop onto a European and UK tour with US Hardcore legends Helmet – a tour which spans five weeks and covers Arnhem to Aarhus, Manchester to Munich and everywhere in between.
The band are currently in the studio tracking the ‘heavier and faster’ follow up to their eponymous debut album. Without doubt, 2011 should be as monstrous as 2010 – this is the Northern Irish band to watch.

THERAPY? will be performing a very special live show AT VICAR ST, Dublin ON NOVEMBER 5TH 2010 as part of their 20th Anniversary celebrations and their first ever official live album, due for release November 2010.
Tickets are €28 on sale this Monday 20th September at 9am from all ticketmaster outlets nationwide, online at www.ticketmaster.ie Vicar St booking line 0818 719 390
THERAPY? are planning an extra special performance by airing their 1994 hit-album, Troublegum, in it’s entirety! Fans will get to sing along to classics ‘Nowhere’, ‘Isolation’ and ‘Screamager’, plus audience-favourites, ‘Die Laughing’ ‘Knives’ and ‘Trigger Inside’.
“With it being the band’s 20th anniversary we wanted to do something a bit different, so we thought this might be an interesting setlist for the audience and a bit of a challenge for us,†explains bassist Michael McKeegan. “Some of these tracks we haven’t played for more than 10 years. There’s actually one song on there I think we’ve only ever played live once before.â€
“We are doubly excited’ added singer Andy Cairns, ‘as it’s the first time for us to play Vicar St, a venue that has somehow escaped us over the last 20 years, so were making the extra effort to put together a show that people wont forget for a long time to come. Were really looking forward to seeing all our fans and of course seeing all the old faces tooâ€
This will be THERAPY?’s only Dublin show for the rest of this year, so make sure you get your tickets!!
