By Andrea Clarke
IRISH singer Sinead O’Connor wowed Russian fans this week on her first visit to the country.
And the songstress’ inaugural pit stop didn’t disappoint.
Her performance at Moscow’s B1 club left the eager crowd of thousands wanting more.
One concert-goer said the gig was one of the best he’d been to, adding: “Thank you so, Sinead much for the show in Moscow. It was amazingâ€.
The singer, who’s single Nothing Compares To You sold over seven million copies, is currently on tour to promote her new album Theology.
This latest offering is a collection of spiritual songs, written by the singer, and is inspired by the Old Testament.
The first single from the latest album is called I Don’t Know How to Love Him and is a remake of Tim Rice’s song from the Jesus Super Star rock opera.
