FORMER Boyzone star Shane Lynch got married in a secret ceremony this weekend.
The 30 year old singer who split from long-term girlfriend Sheena White last year following his entry into ITV’s Love Island.
And now the pair have been hitched in an intimate wedding in Kent this weekend.
According to sources it is believed the pair were accompanied only by their mothers who acted as witnesses.
It is believed Shane and Sheena did not exchange rings and will do so at a larger celebrity bash later this month.
An insider added: Shane and Sheena have always liked their privacy and neither wanted to exchange their vows for the first time with the world watching.
While they acknowledge that they must have a big wedding because of Shane’s celebrity status, especially since the rumoured comeback of Boyzone, the pair also wanted it to be a private affair.
This way they both get what they want.
It is believed that fellow Boyzone stars Ronan Keating, Stephen Gately, Keith Duffy and Mikey Graham will be among the celebrity well-wishers later this month.
And a source close to the couple said that celebrities such as Ben Oefedu and Vanessa Feltz will travel to Ireland for a big Irish wedding celebration.
